During the Covid-19 pandemic Tristram European has moved quickly to protect our customers and staff, Sunday’s announcement of the red traffic light setting was no different, we have immediately put into place a set of measures to keep you safe.

  • We encourage customers to book test drives and make service bookings online.
  • Showrooms will be closed temporarily.
  • If you are sick, stay home.
  • Scan in using the official NZ Covid Tracer App.
  • Mask use is mandatory for staff & customers.
  • All vehicles are thoroughly sterilised prior to contactless test drives & vehiclehandover.

Drop Off

We have allocated specific drop-off points. More information will be provided during your booking process.

Sanitisation

All touchpoints, including those on vehicles, will be sanitised after every contact with both staff and customers.

PPE

Personal Protective Equipment has been supplied to all staff to be worn while working on your vehicle.
