Following the Government announcement that New Zealand will move into COVID 19 Alert Level 2 this Thursday the 14th of May, the team here at Tristram are excited to be able to welcome you back into our Dealerships to peruse our exciting range of vehicles, take a test drive or have your vehicle serviced.
Although Level 2 allows us a bit more freedom to welcome you inside our showrooms, it is imperative we take some extra precautions to keep us all safe and on the right track! These include;
- Contact Tracing - Digitally collecting contact details from all visitors to our dealerships to ensure that we comply with contact tracing guidelines
- Limiting the number of guests in our showroom at any given time
- Staff usage of PPE where required
- Physical Distancing between staff and our guests
- Extra cleaning and sanitising precautions of both vehicles and our facilities
- Contactless service options across the business, including – Test Drive, Documentation, Vehicle Delivery & Vehicle Servicing
- Virtual appointment options via a suite of applications, including – WhatsApp, Facetime, Microsoft Teams etc
- At home vehicle presentations and test drives – we’re more than happy to come to you if you prefer
- Making appointments is important – wherever possible, we ask that our clients please book ahead to let us know you are coming. This will allow us to do many things, including;
- Accurately recording all our guests and their information in our digital contact tracing system
- Managing the number of people inside at any given time
- Ensuring that any vehicle/s you wish to view and test drive are freshly sanitised and ready for you
- Ensuring that your loan vehicle is sanitised and ready upon arrival so we can get you back on the road promptly
